Deine Mission bei ]init[

Als Lead System Architect (m/w/d) realisierst du zukunftsweisende und komplexe Lösungen in Digitalisierungsprojekten auf Basis von PEGA- oder anderen BPM-Systemen. Gemeinsam mit deinem interdisziplinären Team aus Business- und System Architects (all genders) erarbeitest du Anforderungen und Lösungskonzepte und übersetzt sie in moderne und nutzerfreundliche Software-Lösungen. Gerne auch in Teilzeit.

Das gibt es zu tun

Du bist hauptverantwortlich für die Umsetzung agiler Digitalisierungsprojekte im Public und Private Sector auf Basis von PEGA
Gemeinsam mit deinem Team entwirfst und konzipierst du IT-Strategien und Zielarchitekturen
Dir obliegt die Analyse fachlicher Anforderungen sowie die Konfiguration von PEGA-Lösungen
Du beurteilst fachliche und technische Anforderungen und übernimmst die Abbildung von User Stories und Epics
Du stehst mit Business Architects und der Projektleitung jederzeit in engem Kontakt und analysierst sowie optimierst bestehende Prozesse

Das bringst du mit

Du kannst mehrjährige Erfahrung in PEGA Implementierungsprojekten vorweisen
Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung modellbasierter Geschäftslösungen und –anwendungen
Du hast eine aktuelle Zertifizierung als PEGA Lead System Architect oder Senior System Architect
Du bringst Expertise in objektorientierten Programmiersprachen wie bspw. Java oder C# mit
Du bist Teamplayer mit guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Zusammenarbeit in cross-funktionalen Teams bereitet dir Freude
Du bringst sehr gute Englischkenntnisse mit und wenn du auch Deutsch kannst, wäre das ein Plus

Your mission at ]init[

As a Lead System Architect (all genders), you will be developing future-oriented and complex solutions in digitalisation projects on the basis of PEGA or other BPM systems. Together with your interdisciplinary team of business and system architects (m/f/x), you will be working on requirements and solution concepts, and translating these into modern and user-friendly software solutions. You can also work on a part-time basis.

What you can expect

You will be the main person in charge of realising agile digitialisation projects in the public and private sectors on the basis of PEGA
Collaborating with your team, you will be designing and conceptualising IT strategies and target architectures
You will be responsible for the analysis of technical requirements and the configuration of PEGA solutions
You will be assessing specialised and technical requirements and will be in charge of mapping user stories and epics
You will be working closely at all times with business architects and the project management and analysing as well as optimising existing processes

What you bring along

You look back on many years of experience in PEGA implementation projects
You have well-founded knowledge in the development of model-based business solutions and applications
You have a current certification as a PEGA Lead System Architect or Senior System Architect
You bring with you expertise in object-oriented programming languages such as Java or C#
You are a team player with good communication skills, and you enjoy working in cross-functional teams
