Du bist ein erfahrener Architekt mit einer Leidenschaft für Künstliche Intelligenz und skalierbare Systemarchitekturen? Du willst nicht nur entwickeln, sondern auch den technologischen Rahmen für KI-Lösungen der nächsten Generation setzen? Dann suchen wir dich als (Senior) AI Architekt (all gender) für unsere anspruchsvollen Digitalisierungsprojekte!

Das gibt es zu tun

Du konzipierst und entwickelst Architekturen für KI-gestützte Lösungen, von der Datenverarbeitung bis zur Modellintegration – on-premise, in der Cloud oder hybrid
Du verantwortest das Design und die Weiterentwicklung unserer KI-Plattformen unter Berücksichtigung von Skalierbarkeit, Performance und Sicherheit
Du definierst Best Practices für Machine Learning- und AI-Systeme und optimierst bestehende Architekturen
Du bringst deine Expertise in Microservices-Architekturen ein und stellst die reibungslose Integration in bestehende IT-Landschaften sicher
Du übernimmst eine führende Rolle in Projekten – von der Beratung bis zur Implementierung
Du unterstützt Teams bei der Auswahl passender KI-Technologien und Frameworks

Das bringst du mit

Umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Architektur von KI- oder ML-Anwendungen
Tiefgehende Kenntnisse in Python und Erfahrung mit gängigen KI-Frameworks (z. B. TensorFlow, PyTorch, Langchain)
Starke Expertise in Architekturkonzepten, insbesondere im Cloud- und On-Premise-Bereich
Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Skalierung von Microservices und verteilten Systemen
Sicherer Umgang mit Plattformtechnologien wie Kubernetes, Docker und Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
Du bist vertraut mit den gängigen KI- und NLP-Frameworks wie Langchain und mit KI-Modellen wie LLMs (OpenAI, LLama 2), Bi-Encoder und Cross-Encoder
Kenntnisse in Datenverarbeitung, ML-Operations und Automatisierung
Idealerweise Erfahrung mit KI-Anwendungen im Public Sector, der Justiz oder Verwaltung
Du hast Erfahrung in Datenverarbeitung und -analyse mit Pandas, Numpy und Matplotlib
Du hast Expertise im Prompting, Vektor-Embeddings und Fine-Tuning von Embedding-Modellen
Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab

Your mission at ]init[

Are you an experienced architect with a passion for artificial intelligence and scalable system architectures? Do you want to not only develop but also define the technological framework for the next generation of AI solutions? Then we are looking for you as a (Senior) AI Architect (all genders) for our challenging digital transformation projects!

What you can expect

Design and develop architectures for AI-driven solutions, from data processing to model integration – on-premise, in the cloud, or in hybrid environments
Take responsibility for the design and continuous development of our AI platforms, with a focus on scalability, performance, and security
Define best practices for machine learning and AI systems and optimize existing architectures
Apply your expertise in microservices architectures and ensure smooth integration into existing IT landscapes
Take on a leading role in projects – from consulting to implementation
Support teams in selecting the right AI technologies and frameworks

What you bring along

Extensive experience in the development and architecture of AI or ML applications
In-depth knowledge of Python and experience with common AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain)
Strong expertise in architectural concepts, especially in cloud and on-premise environments
Experience in developing and scaling microservices and distributed systems
Proficiency with platform technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
Familiarity with common AI and NLP frameworks like LangChain, as well as AI models such as LLMs (OpenAI, LLaMA 2), bi-encoders, and cross-encoders
Knowledge of data processing, ML operations, and automation
Ideally, experience with AI applications in the public sector, justice, or administration
Experience in data processing and analysis with Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib
Expertise in prompting, vector embeddings, and fine-tuning embedding models
Very good German and good English skills round off your profile
