Das gibt es zu tun

Entwicklung, Training und Optimierung von KI- und ML-Modellen mit Schwerpunkt auf LLM-/Pipeline-Entwicklung
Implementierung und Integration von KI-gestützten Lösungen in verschiedenste Anwendungsfälle
Arbeiten mit modernen Frameworks und Technologien zur Umsetzung intelligenter Automatisierungen
Entwicklung und Wartung von skalierbaren Backend-Services für KI-Modelle
Aktive Mitgestaltung der KI-Strategie durch innovative Lösungsansätze

Das bringst du mit

Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Data Science oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung von KI-/ML-Anwendungen
Fundierte Python-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit gängigen KI-Frameworks (z. B. TensorFlow, PyTorch, Langchain)
Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von LLMs und NLP-Pipelines
Sicherer Umgang mit Datenverarbeitungstools wie Pandas, Numpy und Matplotlib
Kenntnisse im Bereich Prompting, Vektor-Embeddings und Fine-Tuning von KI-Modellen
Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab

What you can expect

Development, training, and optimization of AI and ML models with a focus on LLM and pipeline development
Implementation and integration of AI-driven solutions across a wide range of use cases
Working with modern frameworks and technologies to deliver intelligent automation
Development and maintenance of scalable backend services for AI models
Actively contributing to the AI strategy through innovative solution approaches

What you bring along

Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in developing AI/ML applications
Strong Python skills and experience with common AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain)
Experience in developing LLMs and NLP pipelines
Proficient in working with data processing tools such as Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib
Knowledge of prompting, vector embeddings, and fine-tuning of AI models
Excellent English and good German skills complete your profile
